With its magical indoor starry sky over the swimming pool, the Observatory is an extra special luxury hotel. We’ve stayed here as well as used the spa services which are brilliant. It’s located smack in the middle of the Rocks in Sydney so try to get a harbour view room if you can. We stayed in one of the suites which was pretty special, very opulent if a little too floral!
