This is an excellent option for staying in Prague. They are actually little apartments, or in the case of the one we stayed in, the ‘London’ apartment, HUGE!

It also has a terrific little cafe below it and is smack in the middle of the Old Town between the main square and Charles Bridge. Highly recommended as an alternative to a hotel.
