In midtown Manhattan, on Madison and 31st, Hotel Roger Williams is a groovy little boutique with the slowest lifts in the entire world! The rooms are a good size, with flat screen plasma TV’s and really, really comfortable beds. The penthouse rooms all have a great little private terraces to sun yourself on and the technicolour theme is quite catchy. Really, the only thing wrong with this place is that it’s faster to walk up 12 floors than wait for the lifts!
